Return Process

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and high-resolution photos of the item in its original condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit and schedule a pickup with our preferred furniture carriers.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
